Earrings are precious, something to be treasured and worn with confidence. That's why we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all IMBER pieces to ensure your jewelry stays as beautiful as the day you received it.

Our Promise to You

We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry made to last. Every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong with your jewelry due to a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

Our 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

          Manufacturing faults such as weak links, faulty clasps, or poorly soldered connections

          Defective materials that cause breakage under normal wear

          Stones falling out due to faulty setting

          Premature tarnishing caused by material defects (not normal oxidation)

          Faulty plating or coating that peels or flakes abnormally

          Hardware failures such as broken clasps, earring posts, or chain links

If your piece experiences any of these issues within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

          Lost or stolen items

          Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, natural patina, or surface marks from everyday use

          Damage from excessive force, impact, or rough handling

          Any modifications, repairs, or resizing performed by third-party jewellers outside of Imber

          Items purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Purchased Online

1.       Contact our Customer Care team (support@iamimber.com) with your order number and email address

2.      Provide photos of the affected jewelry showing the defect

3.      Our team will review your claim

4.      Your replacement piece will be shipped back to you at no cost

Received as a Gift

If you received your IMBER piece as a gift, you can still make a warranty claim:

          If you have an order number or proof of purchase, provide this to our Customer Care team (support@iamimber.com)

          Without proof of purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to assist you

Repairs Outside of Warranty

Even if your piece is outside the 2-year warranty period, we're here to help. We offer repair services for a reasonable fee, which can extend the life of your beloved jewelry. Contact our Customer Care team to discuss your repair options.

Important Notes

          Using a third-party jeweller for repairs or modifications will void your warranty

          IMBER does not accept warranty claims on pieces that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than our authorized team

          Our warranty covers replacement or repair only; we cannot offer refunds for items outside the standard return period
