What type of closure do your earrings have?
Our stud earrings have traditional butterfly backing and our hoop earrings have secured latch closure.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When you have completed your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation to your email or phone number provided.
Please check your spam folders if you can’t find it in your inbox or contact our customer service at support@iamimber.com and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders after they have been placed. Please make sure that everything is correct before you complete your purchase!
How do I enter a promotional code?
Enter your promo code on the checkout page in the text box that asks "Have a promotion code?"
Why won't my promo code work?
Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:
1) The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion.
2) Your promo code has expired.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
You may only use one promo code per order. If you have two valid IMBER promo codes, please select the one you prefer to use.

Keep your jewelry pieces in your IMBER pouch so that they do not rub together, scratch or tangle.

100-Day Warranty
All of IMBER jewelry is covered by our 100-day warranty. If your jewelry breaks or tarnishes due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a complimentary replacement within 100 days of delivery.
Keep your IMBER pieces away from chemicals such as perfume and chlorine to ensure the pieces stay bright and shiny as long as possible.
