What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our earrings are crafted from high-quality materials designed for everyday comfort and lasting wear. Most pieces are made with 925 sterling silver, finished with thick 18k gold or platinum plating. We also offer styles in implant-grade titanium, perfect for sensitive ears, and select designs in solid 14k gold. Many of our pieces feature dazzling cubic zirconia gemstones for added sparkle. All are hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, our jewelry is crafted from hypoallergenic materials suitable for sensitive ears.
Will your jewelry tarnish over time?
Think of your jewelry like your favourite outfit — a little love goes a long way! To keep your pieces shining, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals and storing them in a dry place.
Are IMBER earrings safe for sensitive ears and suitable for daily wear?
Absolutely. All IMBER pieces are hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and made with premium materials like implant-grade titanium, thick gold plating, and solid 14k gold. They’re lightweight and designed for all-day comfort—perfect for everyday wear.
Do you offer solid gold options?
Yes! Our Solid 14k Gold Collection features premium stacks crafted from real solid gold, perfect for sensitive ears or anyone looking for lifetime luxury.
What gauge size are your earrings?
Great question! All of our earrings are made with 20 gauge posts.
What post length are your flat back earrings?
All of our flat back earrings come with a 6.5mm post, which is a comfortable and secure fit for both earlobes and cartilage piercings.
The only exception is our I Am Natasha set, which features a slightly shorter 6mm post for a closer, more snug fit.
What type of closure do your earrings have?
Stud earrings feature threadless flat backs, while hoops are secured with a sturdy latch closure for effortless wear.
Are your stones real diamonds?

We recommend speaking to your piercer before using any non-piercing studio jewelry in fresh piercings. Our implant-grade titanium options may be suitable, but always consult a professional.

How long does shipping take?

Where do you ship from?
We're proudly based in Melbourne, Australia, and all orders are shipped from our local warehouse.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping both within Australia (1–3 business days) and internationally (3–5 business days).
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment, we don’t offer same-day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! For international orders, we ship worldwide including Australia, the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Standard international shipping takes 7–21 days, and express is 3–5 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order here.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS shortly after your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us here, and we’ll resend it.
Is shipping really free worldwide?
Yes! We offer free shipping for all Earring Stacks worldwide for purchases over US$80.
Who is your shipping carrier?
We partner with Australia Post and FedEx Express to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes! Just make sure to enter the correct details at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

My tracking shows my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Sometimes, parcels are marked as delivered a little early. We recommend checking around your property, asking household members or neighbours, and allowing 1–2 more days just in case it arrives. If it still doesn’t show up, please contact us here, and we’ll help track it down!

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours, so changes or cancellations are tricky once it’s in motion! Please contact us here with your order number, we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition. Visit our Returns Portal to get started.
Do you offer a warranty?

Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging, you're welcome to exchange it. Please contact us here, and our team will help you arrange your exchange smoothly.
What if my earrings arrive damaged?
Please contact our team at support@iamimber.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
How long do returns take to process?
As soon as your return arrives, we’ll get it sorted within 3–5 business days and notify you right away.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Our sale pieces are final sale, so they’re not eligible for return or exchange. Thank you for understanding!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We’ve got you covered if the item is faulty! But for all other returns, shipping costs are on the customer.
What’s the process for getting a refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it may take up to 5–7 business days to process. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
Will I have to pay customs fees or tariffs?
Yes. Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or tariffs once it arrives. These charges are set and collected directly by your local customs office, not by IMBER, and they are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Do you ship duties paid?
We don’t currently offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Duties and taxes are handled by your country’s customs and are paid by the customer upon delivery.
How can I check customs regulations?
You can check your country's customs regulations by visiting the official government customs website or contacting your local customs office directly.
What happens if my package is held at customs?
If your package is held at customs, they’ll usually reach out to you directly for payment of any duties or to provide additional info. Once that's sorted, your order will be released for delivery.
Do you ship tax-free internationally?
We don’t offer tax-free international shipping. Any applicable import taxes are handled by your country’s customs.

We don’t offer gift wrapping just yet, but don’t worry, our signature packaging is elegant and perfect for gifting as is.
Do you offer gift cards?

Can you ship directly to the gift recipient?
Of course! Simply use the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address when you place your order.
Is pricing hidden on gift orders?
We don’t include pricing inside the package, but please note that the shipping label may display the order value due to customs requirements.

To clean your jewelry, use the soft microfiber cloth that comes with every IMBER order. Try to avoid contact with lotions and perfumes to preserve the finish and keep your pieces gleaming longer.
Can I shower or swim in IMBER earrings?
Our implant-grade titanium and solid gold pieces are water-resistant—but we recommend removing them before extended water exposure to maintain maximum shine and longevity.
How do I store my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably inside the soft black IMBER pouch your pieces arrived in. This helps prevent scratches, tangling, and exposure to moisture.
Does your jewelry come with a care guide?
