This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on IMBER.
IMBER is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
For security reasons, IMBER will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Free Shipping for orders $80 and up (3 to 8 business days)
Express Domestic: 2-3 Business Days
$9.00 Shipping Cost for all orders (1 to 4 business days)
International (Outside United States)
We offer international Shipping via DHL Parcel International (Standard and Express). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

If you qualify for free shipping, please note that this does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES, AND TARIFFS
Please note that any additional costs related to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs office, and we are unable to control or estimate them.
We encourage you to check your country or state’s import policies for more details before placing an order.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, please be aware that this covers only the shipping cost itself. Customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs (if applicable) will still remain the responsibility of the buyer.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
IMBER provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
DELAYS
IMBER is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, IMBER is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
IMBER will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
IMBER recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. IMBER is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if customers address is wrongly provided .
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which IMBER makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
