Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely we offer free shipping for all orders over AUD 110. However, please note that customs duties and taxes are not included.
Do you cover the custom duties and taxes?
No, we do not cover any custom duties and taxes. International orders from the EU & UK may be subject to customs fees once they reach their country of destination. These charges are payable by the customers as they have no association with IMBER, and are paid to the customer's country of government.
At times your package takes longer to arrive because the package is waiting for clearance in the customs. Please settle the customs fee immediately to allow your package to be delivered as soon as possible.
