She was friendly and helpful, liaising directly with the silversmith with my requests to make the design as close to what I wanted as possible and the team did an amazing job! I mean, when you want to talk about customer service here's the place. I purchased my rings and in the country I live they made it a bit difficult to get them. Michelle the person I was in contact with for my purchase was so kind and helping. I never had such a personal level of service before and i work myself in that category. More people should be loving their job like her. Talking about the rings themselves gorgeous and to die for. You can adjust like you want switch them up and matching your outfits. IMBER is a beautiful jewellery business that I have bought from three times now. The third time unfortunately involved the courier losing my package. However, when I reached out to IMBER about the situation, they immediately made the rings I ordered again and mailed a replacement package, free of charge. I received the replacement package a couple of days later and of course the rings were absolutely gorgeous!!! I ordered the ‘I Am A Renaissance’ in silver, ‘I Am A Masterpiece’ in gold, and ‘I Am Remarkable’ in silver/clear, and each one was packed beautifully and was clearly made with precision, care and heart. I bought 2 rings and the advent calendar. The rings are Gorgeous! I was a bit hesitant about the adjustable ring style, but it is well made and really comfortable. I followed imber’s Instagram account for about a year when I saw the advent calendar. It seemed like the prefect first purchase and it was! The advent calendar came individually packages with the supplies to hang it up. It is adorable! I am so excited to have it to open throughout December. I also got a bonus earing set that is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!
