100 Day Free Returns
At IMBER, we want you to love your jewelry. If it is not quite right, our 100-day free returns policy makes it simple to send it back.
You can return eligible IMBER items within 100 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, pouches, and boxes included.
IMBER offers free returns on eligible orders shipped to all countries. Your return shipping label will be provided at no cost when you create a return.
You can return:
• Full-price and promotional items within the 100-day window
• Earrings only if they are sealed in their original hygienic packaging and the seal is unbroken
• Gifts, with proof of purchase such as an order number or gift receipt
You cannot return:
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration by a third party
• Items returned without original packaging or returned after the 100-day period

2. Include your order number and email address to locate your order
3. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return
4. We will reply within 1 business day
• Once your return reaches IMBER, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only
• Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable
• Duties and taxes may be non-refundable depending on local regulations
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product:
• Contact us at support@iamimber.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
• If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, IMBER will provide a free return label and will repair, replace, or refund your item in line with our warranty
