Return & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your IMBER pieces—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and without signs of wear.

Items returned by mail must include all original packaging: tags, box, and pouch.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email).
The following items are non-returnable:

Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.
HOW TO START A REFUND

Email us at support@iamimber.com within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll respond within 24 hours and confirm next steps within 3 business days.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions including where to send your item.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to return your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by IMBER.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange an item, simply email us at support@iamimber.com to request an exchange.

We’ll respond within 24 hours, and if your exchange is approved, we’ll provide return instructions within 3 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship out your requested replacement.
Please note:

Exchanges must be initiated within the 30-day return window, and
-
The original item must be mailed back within 7 days of initiating the exchange.

All exchanges must comply with our Return Guidelines (item must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase).

If your item does not meet our return criteria or falls outside the 7-day mailing window, it will not be eligible for exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Email us at support@iamimber.com within 24 hours,

Include clear photos of the issue, and
-
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

You’ll receive an email confirming whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
