Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia): 3-8 Business Days. Allow 0-3 days for order processing.
Express Domestic Shipping (Australia): 1-4 Business Days. Allow 0-3 days for order processing.

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD Exc. Ireland & South Africa):
Australia Post Standard Shipping: 7-21 Business Days. Allow 0-3 days for order processing.
DHL Express International: 3-5 Business Days. Allow 0-3 days for order processing.

IRELAND & SOUTH AFRICA:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: Unavailable.
DHL Express International: 3-5 Business Days. Allow 0-3 days for order processing. Additional charges will apply for orders below AUD$400.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard global shipping for orders over 85 USD.

Can I upgrade shipping after my order has been placed?
We are currently unable to upgrade the shipping method after an order has been placed.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once you place your order, it will take 0 to 3 days for us to pack your order with love and send it to the local post office!

Do you cover the custom duties and taxes?
International orders from the EU & UK may be subject to customs fees once they reach their country of destination. These charges are payable by the customers as they have no association with IMBER, and are paid to the customer's country of government.

At times your package takes longer to arrive because the package is waiting for clearance in the customs. Please settle the customs fee immediately to allow your package to be delivered as soon as possible.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
No, we are currently unable to offer overnight shipping.
