This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on IMBER.

IMBER is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, IMBER will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

$9.99 AUD Shipping Cost up to $0.01–$300.00 (1 to 4 business days)

Free Shipping Cost up to $300.01 and up  (1 to 4 business days)

$4.99 AUD Shipping Cost up to $0.01–$111.00 (2 to 8 business days)

Free Shipping Cost up to $111.01–$300.00 (2 to 8 business days)

 

For International

For International Shipping we used Carrier Rate Shipping Australia Post Standard & DHL Express International. The shipping rate will be shown on the checkout page.

Please check the shipping cost on the checkout page before placing an order.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Average transit times to the Australia Express:    1 - 4 Business days
  • Average transit times to the Australia Standard:  2 - 8 Business days
  • Average transit times to International Express:    3 - 5 Business days
  • Average transit times to International Standard:  7 - 21 Business days

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own state’s policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

IMBER provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS

IMBER is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, IMBER is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

IMBER will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

IMBER recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. IMBER is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if customers address is wrongly provided .

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which IMBER makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
