Política de reembolso

If you decide your purchase is not right for you, we provide 14 days from the date your order arrives at your address to return your earrings. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

To make the refund process faster, please provide us with the shipping number / tracking number so that we can track it online considering we receive and send out hundreds of packages each day.

Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
